Who may be a client of Batrode?

As long as you are at least eighteen years old, you are welcome to become a client of Batrode.

Can I create more than one account?

No. You are only permitted to register for one account.

Can I change my email?

No. You can't change your email.

How can I change my password?

After logging in, go to the navigation menu and click the Edit Profile link to change your password.

How can I make a deposit?

Click 'Make Invest' from the navigation menu to make a deposit. After selecting your preferred payment method and entering the required amount in the "Amount" column, click "Spend." Complete the deposit by following the remaining instructions provided by your payment system.

What payment systems do you use?

We accept Epaycore, Bitcoin, Tron, USDT TRC20.

When the deposit should be activated?

EpayCore deposits will be added to your account instantly. Crypto deposits will be added to your account after 3-10 confirmations automatically.

May I create a deposit from my account balance?

Yes. You must choose 'Spend funds from account balance' on the 'Make deposit' page in your Member area in order to deposit money from your account balance.

May I have several deposits at the same time?

Yes, You can have as many deposits as you wish.

How can I withdraw my profit?

You must choose 'withdraw funds' in your member area in order to take your profit out. Simply enter the desired withdrawal amount and select the payment method that you normally use to make deposits.

How fast will my withdrawal be processed?

All payment withdrawals are processed instantly for epaycore and manually for crypto and it takes up to 48 hours to be processed.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal for ePayCore is $0.1 and for Crypto is $100. All cryptocurrency transactions are processed after 3-10 network confirmations.

Is it possible to deposit money via one currency and withdraw via another?

No, it's not possible.

When will I be able to receive back my principal investment?

The hourly payouts are already include the principal. Following the deposit's expiration, it is not given back individually.

Do you charge hidden fees for withdrawal?

No, we don't have any hidden fees.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. You can earn 0.05% up to 55% commission for every deposits from payment methods or account balance.

Should I have an active deposit to participate in the Referral program?

No, it is not necessary.
